As first time buyers this whole process initially seemed very daunting. We spoke with Matt over the phone and he talked us through the process, was really positive and has got us through the process. It has been stressful but Matt kept us updated and in the loop throughout. Megan dealt with all our documents and she told us exactly what we needed to send and was easy to contact.
